The PSSF [PALESTINIAN STUDENTS SCHOLARSHIP FUND] often supports fundraising campaigns that are dedicated or restricted to specific projects. Our goal is to raise the funds necessary to help support a number of educational needs and programs and projects that support the education of Palestinian students. In circumstances in which our fundraising goal for these programs or projects is reached or exceeded or if these programs or projects are not fulfilled for operational or logistical reasons, the donor agrees and acknowledges that their contribution to the PSSF is not and shall not be deemed “restricted funds” and that the PSSF Board of Directors reserves the right to allocate such funds for its other charitable educational purposes in a manner consistent with with its articles of incorporation and applicable laws and regulations.
